Wiredepth vs EasyDMARC

Looking for a EasyDMARC alternative?

EasyDMARC is excellent at the DMARC reporting layer specifically - if your main job is "collect DMARC reports and reach p=reject," they're a solid pick. Wiredepth is broader: the same DMARC posture monitoring PLUS continuous TLS / DNS / subdomain / breach monitoring, plus a browser extension that puts inline phishing / DMARC / brand pills on every email a user opens in Gmail or Outlook web, plus an Outlook desktop add-in for classic Outlook shops. If you want DMARC + everything-else-that-matters in one tool with an inline-mail-client surface, Wiredepth is the simpler procurement.

Choose EasyDMARC if

You've already collected your DMARC RUA reports and want a specialist tool to parse them, visualise per-sender alignment, and walk to p=reject. The depth of DMARC-specific reporting is their core strength.

Choose Wiredepth if

You want DMARC monitoring AND TLS health AND subdomain drift AND breach-corpus monitoring AND brand-typosquat watching AND a browser extension that does inline AI triage of every email - all from one dashboard with public self-serve pricing.

Where EasyDMARC wins

  • DMARC reporting UI is more polished and battle-tested - they've been parsing RUA reports for ~7 years.
  • DMARC RUA report ingestion. EasyDMARC hosts a rua= destination and turns the XML into per-source pass-rate dashboards over time. Wiredepth intentionally does NOT offer RUA ingestion - if you specifically need someone to host a rua= endpoint and dashboard the reports, EasyDMARC (or dmarcian) is the right choice. Wiredepth's DMARC story is the live record + the wizard + the per-source RUA-PDF viewer, not continuous ingestion.
  • Managed BIMI service handles VMC provisioning end-to-end (~$1,500/year value).
  • $17.99/month entry beats Wiredepth Starter $30/month for a customer who only wants DMARC.
  • MSP product has been in market longer with more white-label polish.
  • Larger customer base (~83k) and a maturer community / docs.

Where Wiredepth wins

  • Browser extension. EasyDMARC has no inline-mail-client surface; Wiredepth puts inline pills + AI triage on every email in Gmail and Outlook web for every user (a security-team multiplier).
  • Outlook desktop add-in. Same inline triage, in classic Outlook on Windows / Mac, where most enterprise email actually lives.
  • Continuous TLS / cipher monitoring with renewal alerts - email is half the email-security story; the cert serving your MX is the other half.
  • DNS drift detection. New subdomains, MX changes, DNSSEC regressions trip alerts.
  • Credential breach monitoring at your domain. Accounts surfacing in known leak corpora trigger immediate alerts.
  • Phishing-link checker as a free standalone surface + same scoring inside the extension for every body link.
  • Brand-typosquat detection - sender lookalike-of-your-domain catching is a separate surface from DMARC.
  • Public self-serve pricing for every tier; no sales call required at any point.
  • Compliance PDF reports mapped to SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / NIST CSF / PCI-DSS / HIPAA.

FAQ

Can I migrate my EasyDMARC config to Wiredepth?

Yes. Both systems read the same public DMARC RUA reports - if you're already publishing rua=mailto: pointing at EasyDMARC, you can publish a second address pointing at Wiredepth and run them in parallel for a few weeks to compare. We import historical reports on Pro+ contracts.

Does EasyDMARC have a browser extension?

Not as of this writing. The DMARC management product is browser-agnostic; reports are emailed or shown in the web dashboard. If "every email gets a verdict pill" matters to you, that's a Wiredepth-only thing in this tier.

What if I only care about DMARC?

EasyDMARC is probably the cleaner pick at $17.99/month if the breadth of other Wiredepth features (TLS monitoring, DNS drift, breach corpus, extension, add-in) genuinely don't matter to your environment. The rule of thumb: if you'd also want TLS expiry alerts or a Gmail pill for every sender, Wiredepth; if you ONLY care about DMARC reporting depth, EasyDMARC.

Will Wiredepth build managed BIMI?

Probably not soon. The VMC market is small (DigiCert and Entrust split it), VMCs are ~$1,500/year products, and we don't want to be a reseller. We give you a free SVG Tiny PS validator + BIMI record generator; the VMC purchase is one-click at the CA.

What about MSP white-label?

Both have MSP tiers. Ours is $699/month for 100 client domains with co-branded PDF reports and a multi-tenant dashboard. EasyDMARC also has MSP packaging; ask both for a quote if you're shopping MSP specifically - the per-client cost will be similar at scale.

Try it on a domain you actually own

No signup. 20+ free tools work on any domain. If the experience clicks, Starter is $30/month for 5 domains (posture only) and Pro is $79/month for 10 domains with the full threat-intel layer.
